Arachnophobia: the fear of spiders is one of the most common phobias known to humans. Their numerous legs and quick movements can trigger a panic response, quickening heart rates and causing deep unease. You encounter a spider, feeling terror as you watch it scramble around. Unbeknownst to you, this interaction is equally as startling to the unassuming spider. The spider simply wishes to return to its home, slowly spinning it’s beautiful web, letting its long limbs rest elegantly as the web blows in the wind. Can the human eye look past it’s instinctual response of fear to see the beauty in such a mysterious creature?
