For a long time, I was afraid of my emotions. Burying them and pretending everything was fine gave me a sense of control, but it weighed me down from the inside, until losing myself. This choreography highlights this internal struggle and the moment the ice finally breaks. But to relieve the load, we have to accept letting go, little by little, to eventually make peace with oneself.
