What follows is an emotional downfall in which you no longer know how to manage your feelings. Sadness, resentment, questioning. Was I the problem? Am I not good enough? No, I didn’t do anything, he’s the one who left! Anger. I hate him. Why did he do this to me?It’s destroying me, I don’t want to think about it anymore.
