Es war einmal ein Mädchen namens Odette. Sie wurde von dem Zauberer Rotbart in einen Schwan verwandelt. Prinz Siegfried, der sich in sie verliebt hat, will sie retten. Mutig kämpft er gegen Rotbart und besiegt ihn. Der Zauber zerbricht - und müde, aber frei, beginnen sie gemeinsam ein neues Leben.
